Phonak Acoustic, is seeking for their Lausanne offices, a Manager of Clinical Research and Regulatory Affairs. The Manager will be responsible for all clinical studies and for building up a clinical network. Also, the executive to be recruited for this job will manage the relationship with the regulatory organizations in Europe and the USA, coordinate budget and departmental planning, manage decentralized project teams, and provide clinical strategies to ensure appropriate implementation of key business. This executive management position will be expected to act as the interface between the clinical and R/A departments and the executive management.
The profile being sought for this management position is an executive with a scientific degree (preferably medical sciences) and at least 7 years working experience in international clinical research (CRO or Medical Device), including experience with time, cost and resource management for large clinical studies. Strong leadership skills, negotiation skills, and independence, as well as excellent communication skills in english. German and/or French is highly desirable.
