The rising demand in Swiss-based multinationals for talented executives is particularly marked in the financial sectors and luxury industries, which have endured a penury of qualified executives for several years now. PHILIP MORRIS is seeking a Project Manager to lead industrial projects. Based in Neuchatel, Philip Morris Products is Switzerland’s largest cigarette manufacturer. The Project Manager PM wants to recruit will manage the execution of major investment projects, mostly related to new manufacturing equipment, in order to cope with the ongoing development of the Neuchatel production facility.
The person recruited for this position will also be responsible for evaluating, proposing and executing upgrades and technical improvements of existing equipment and processes. The successful applicant will first undergo an initial training period covering the specifics processes of the tobacco industry and then join a dynamic team of motivated engineers and project leaders supporting the Neuchatel facility.
The profile sought for this job will have a qualified engineering background (HES, EPF or equivalent), with at least 5 years experience in an industrial environment.
