Swiss are punctual both for business and for social meetings. They expect that you will be likewise. Call with an explanation if you will be delayed.
Business cards in English are OK in Switzerland. Upon arrival for a meeting, give your business card to the receptionist. Then give a card to each person you meet subsequently.
